Do you only offer Logos and Labels?

No! Graphically Dj can accommodate almost all your marketing needs. 

 

 Let us Develop, Design and Deliver your Vision to help brand your products.   Our most popular items are our Graphic Logo and Text-Based peel off vinyl labels which have a similar look to an imprinted logo. These logo labels are very durable and will transfer seamlessly onto your product!  Also check out our Wrap-around labels, Stickers, Business cards, as well as Gratitude (thank you) cards.

Do you offer Logo Imprint?

Yes!   The wait is finally over! 

Graphically Dj now proudly offers Logo Imprinting Services for various products and cosmetics. Brand your products with our most durable and seamless labeling option yet!  Send us your products and we'll place your logo right onto it! 


No backgrounds, no labels, no worries, your logo will be Imprinted directly onto your tube! 


** All collaborative orders with Imakelipstick customers will require additional processing and production timeframes**

Are your Logos compatible with products from Imakelipstick?

Yes! As sister companies, we are readily prepared to service you and provide the finishing touches to the cosmetics you purchase from IMLP.  Be sure to read our product descriptions which include messages and product suggestions especially for you all!

Can I use my Pre-Existing Logo for my labels?

Yes! We can accommodate your logo with no problem! Within 3 business days (weekends excluded) of your purchase, your will receive  notification to submit your logo  in either a PNG,  Ai, or SVG file format via email to "order.graphicallydj@gmail.com"  .

Don't have a Logo? We offer Logo Creations!

Graphically Dj can help with our signature Logo Creation.  

Let our team of experts create a Graphic and/or Text-Based design to showcase your brand.

How will I receive my Logo Creation?

Once the processing and production of your Graphically Dj's Logo Creation is completed, your company's Logo will be submitted as a transparent file format to the email address provided when ordering.

What is the Turn Around Time on my order?

Graphically Dj's custom, personalized graphics are Processed and then Produced in the order they are received business days only during regularly scheduled business hours.   Once your order is placed for our Logo Creation, Labeling, Business and/or Marketing services, it will be completed in a turn around times listed below.  All orders are discussed and reviewed with customers before final approval and printing at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.


Processing time is 3 business days starting the day after your order is placed (production time, weekends and holidays are excluded). 


Production time is 14 business days after your order is processed and your final approval is received

 (processing time, weekends and holidays are excluded).


ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS!


-- RUSH PRODUCTION SERVICES --

Rush Production Service for each service is available for purchase on the website in limited quantities.

So remember the early bird gets the worm!

Rush Production time is 7 business days of your final approval (processing time, weekends and holidays are excluded). 



-- LOGO IMPRINTING  & LABEL AFFIXING SERVICES --

Please note when adding the Logo Imprinting and/or Label Affixing   option to your order,  completion times will be longer than the standard 17 total business days (weekends and holidays are excluded), as this process is a collaborative effort with our sister company.   Processing and Production times are based on us receiving your cosmetics/products.  Therefore you acknowledge and agree the 17 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded) will begin thereafter. Customers will be advised of receipt of products which will allow them to have a current up to date status of their completion date.

Please be sure to provide us with your IMLP order number.

How do I Check the Status of my order?

If you have any questions about an order you purchased from us, emails us at "order.graphicallydj@gmail.com" (NO INQUIRY QUESTIONS) with your order number and name in the subject line.

I need services ASAP! What should I do?

Graphically Dj offers Rush Production Service which will cut the turn around time of your order in HALF! (excluding processing time, weekends and holidays)

 Look into purchasing on our products page. Please remember that we do reserve the right to disprove rush service orders during heavy production times. In the case that your order cannot be rushed you will receive notification within 2 business days (weekends and holidays are  excluded) and we will credit your account and apply any Rush Production Service funds paid to your next purchase made.

What is your Return policy?

Graphically Dj aims for, and work towards complete and total Customer Satisfaction.  Production of all orders are customized and designed based on submission of customer's order, acknowledgment and agreement of terms and conditions, details provided, and customers' approval of final draft(s).  Because so much communication and effort in put in place prior to printing, we do not accept returns.  


ALL PRODUCTION AND SALES ARE FINAL.

What is your Refund policy?

Graphically Dj's custom, personalized graphic designs are processed and produced to customers' order specification, agreement of terms and conditions, final approval and satisfaction of each and every item produced at all times, therefore, 

All production and sales are Final and we do not offer refunds for any services.

Damaged Products

Graphically Dj's takes pride in our commitment to assure your product(s) are shipped in protective packaging  to avoid damages.  Most packages are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS), unless another carrier is selected by the customer.  If you receive damaged products, please reach out to us at "order.graphicallydj@gmail.com" with your order number and images of your damaged product(s).  A member of our team will be happy to assist with guidance for filing a claim with USPS (or selected carrier) to cover the cost of your damages.  Additionally,  you agree to hold Graphically Dj harmless and/or responsible for damages, as this is outside of our control.  Although All Sales are Final, we will be happy to assist you with Replacement Orders.  You agree and acknowledge all such orders will incur costs at customers' expense.

Updates/Changes

Customers who need to update their contact information  or their complete and accurate shipping address inclusive of Apartment and/or Unit Numbers should email us PRIOR to completion of order to avoid delivery delays or shipment returns at graphicallydj@gmail.com

Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing their complete and accurate shipping address inclusive of their Apartment and/or Unit Numbers.  Failure to do so may result in a return shipments for which the customer will incur cost.  Any and all cost of must covered BEFORE orders can and/or will be re-shipped without exception.  Customers take full responsibility for any delays in receipt and/or delivery of their products, and agrees to hold Graphically Dj's harmless or responsible for such, as incomplete or incorrect shipping address details entered into the system by customer when placing orders are out of our control.
